I'm a side sleeper and I like a pillow that isn't too puffy and stays molded to my head without 'popping back' when ( move. This pillow does the job. Because there is a zipper and you can add or remove some of the stuffing, the pillow is just about as personalized as you can get. I've been using for 2 months and I've been sleeping very well! I like the pillow firm but not high so I had to take out more than half of the filling. If you do this, make sure to save the fillings because after 2 months I have to add a little fillings back in. I love that it can be adjusted and very easy to. This has been my favorite pillow.
