This works great. I bought it when i had surgery on my hand. The only problem is the pieces that go under the seat pop off. They give you a double sided tape for it, but it requires a better product to affix to the toilet seat. Other than that, it is a wonderful product. Reduces the amount of toilet paper you use and keep you nice and clean! Easy to install as well. Read more
This was super easy to install. It took me about 10 minutes start to finish, no leaking. It is also easy to use, just turn the knob one way or the other. We're glad to be using less toilet paper since we have a septic system. Only con is that it causes my toilet seat to sit up a bit, but that's not a big deal. Read more

This bidet works great! I love The little bamboo touch too. It comes with these little things to put under the toilet seat to hold the toilet seat up but they popped off after the second day. We just threw them out because we realized we didn’t need them. Other than that, we love having it and I definitely recommend it! Read more

The media could not be loaded. It worked at the beginning for about 1 month. The water flow is too strong compared to other bidets though. However, now it starts leaking. The water was flooding on my floor overnight. Such a poor quality ;( Unfortunately, I dont keep the original box to obtain an exchange / replacement from Amazon or the seller. ;( Read more
