This review is for a size XXL Cicy Bell Floral Boho Mesh Midi Skirt. My waist is 38” and Hips 48”. 5’2” 170lbs Their size chart says size XXL is: Waist 35” - 37.4” Hips 44.5” - 46.9” The skirt is a little too small for me. I needed a size up in order for it to hang nicely instead of hug my middle. If nothing else I have shown that their size chart is accurate so order based on that and not on your usual American size. I am usually a XL or size 16. The care tag says machine wash cold with light colors. Tumble dry low. I washed the skirt with a load of darks using warm water and the normal washer setting. Tumble dry on the regular setting. It came out looking as new. No pilling, no shrinkage. The material is soft and silky and the skirt is lined with a silky under layer. I was frustrated when taking the photos because it was difficult to show the true color of this skirt. It is an army green but the photos make it look like a light dusty green which it is not. The stitches look professional with no loose threads and straight sewn seams. I do wish this had fit as it would be very cute if it fit right. The elastic waist is sewn to the fabric so it doesn’t twist within the seam. The fabric has a tiny bit of stretch. I have given this 5 stars because The fabric and stitching are good quality The color was accurate to the picture online It washed well with no pilling or shrinking I like the length Even though it did not fit me size wise that was me not ordering based on their size chart which seem accurate to me. I love double mesh layered material clothing. It is some of the most tactile and comfortable textures you can get in clothing, especially because the fabric is so breathable. The quality of the stitching is decent for this type of material, but it still feel a little fragile to handle, especially if you are a rougher on clothing practical type gal like me. Careful not to wash it with anything that has velcro. I have been wanting a good leopard print skirt, and though the mesh material wasn't what i envisioned, it still was a a welcome choice. However if i were to improve this look, i think it would be more desirable a cut if the manufacturers had leaned into amore tapered at the knee, pencil skirt look. I'm not all the way in love how the skirt drops to mid calf. I am pleased however how skirt fits appropriately for plus sized body types. The color is accurate to what it in the image, but unfortunately this shade of leopard print is a little too light to match with the majority of leopard print that i own and have seen, as it tend to be a bit darker on average. I'm 5'4", 155 lbs and I got this in size LARGE. It could be a tad tighter but a medium would have been too small. And this does stay up around my waist without being too tight, which I definitely appreciate. The length goes down to just above my ankles. In fact it's a very comfortable skirt. Silky soft and smooth. I got in the green color, which is a dark green with black floral on it. I really like the pattern and it's not see through at all. It's made well, no loose stitching nor fraying. And it's easy to care for, I just toss it in the washer and tumble dry on low.
