I ordered for my boyfriend. I took the ring because it seems too small for a man with large hands. He says that his knees barely hurts. They bothered him daily. I wear the ring because I have tingling pain in my right hand that would wake me throughout the night . I have way less pain and can sleep better. I haven't taken it off because it's way too strong and difficult to do so. So, it's tarnished because of that. I kinda like the worn bronzed look though. It's tuning copper-ish now.
