Why did you pick this product vs others?: Honestly, I chose this one because I liked the colors and then was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. I tried a different brand that a friend had and it was just ok but didn't have as many settings. This has 3 modes-soothing, vitality and relaxation-there is a difference that you feel in each mode, also it has 3 the highest setting really gets into muscles and heat. Update Massager has started to not work so great, shuts on and off like the connection is no good. Would not purchase again. I purchased this hand massager for my daughter. She has a lot of pain in the thumb area. This massager has helped a lot. We were very impressed with the quality of the massager. It is bigger than expected which is fine. In 1989, my right hand was caught between 2 running conveyor belts in the factory where I was working. Ever since then I've had a lot of issues with my hand! I had a lot of physical therapy, the paraffin dip, etc. At the end of 2010 I had capital tunnel surgery in both hands. I ended up getting it in my left hand from having to use it more to carry the weight of my right hand. Well the surgery helped until recently. Recently, my right hand is acting up again!
