The ring and app are just a ploy so you buy a ring. When the ring was new it and the app seemed pretty all right. Now the ring battery dies after 6 hours. It is always trying to connect. That being said, for the month it appeared to work correctly the information was beyond innacurrate. I put it up against some calibrated medical equipment and all readings were way off (90%). Don't buy the ring or use the app. I really wanted to like this. Especially the SPo2 and BP functions. It does not even have the SPo2 function anymore and you have to calibrate the BP function so often, you might as well use a cuff. Read more

Ring is cheap AF, broke in 45 days rendering it unusable and a total waste of300$ CIRCUL offers ZERO product support because they are out of China, and because it’s bought on Amazon they do not support any warranty. The cheap ring disconnected at one of the sizing slots and never charged or communicated with the app again. Read more
