This is a nonstick pan that performs exactly as advertised. Uniformly cooks the food and allows you to shift the food easily while cooking. I do very lightly add some olive oil or avocado oil to the cooking surface before cooking. Avoid cooking anything at really high temp and you’re good to go. It will clean up easily. It’s a heavy pan and has a good sized cooking area. The lid is clear glass and sits securely on the pan. The lid handle does get hot so use an insulated mitt or cloth to lift it while cooking. I would recommend using wooden utensils to mitigate any potential damage to the cooking surface. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a high quality cooking pan. Excellent for induction cooking. I had a set that I purchased from a red dot store and they were aluminum with stainless bottom, yes, induction capable but they warped on the first use. I do not cook on high heat on my induction cooking top because with proper use of the cookwear, it’s not necessary. This pan also is nonstick and I cook all my food with real butter and the heat distribution is excellent. My pan is still like new and I’ve had it for several months and have used it repeatedly. Quality is good, but these are the most sticky non-stick pan I’ve owned. You need to use lots of butter or oil to keep eggs from becoming a sticky mess. Read more
