These caplets are large, in my opinion, but they are coated and easy to swallow. Have been taking them for at least 6 months and have not experienced any stomach upset. I don't eat breakfast and can take them on an empty stomach. I did learn they should not be taken with fish oil as this decreases their efficacy. Recommend this supplement. Read more
