I too, really wanted to love this boot..... but, alas, not gonna happen! even ordering a W, did not fit, and the ankle was too tight. I had a lot of difficulty returning them, as they had to go back to a third party. I finally called Customer service, and got them to send me a return label to print. I son'r think I'd buy from the company again..... Fashion Connections. Very poor customer service. Read more
