These are gorgeous. And very comfortable padding in the foot. I had to return them because someone clearly wore them, dirtied the bottoms and made a huge scratch on the back of the heel that was very visible. Then the customer must’ve returned them saying that they were new when they were actually pretty worn and haggard. That’s pretty low of that customer to do, but I don’t fault the company for that. Note in fit: when you order a wide width, they really are wides…I love that! Sometimes there is no difference in the wides, but these ran a half size too big for me because of that extra space. Typically I’m a 10 without socks, I think I could’ve gone with the 9.5 wides. Read more

Good quality reliable heels. They fit well. It did take some time to break into them and they hurt a little the first few times I wore it but now they are relatively comfortable for this heel height. I like the rubber sole which gives me confidence in my step and prevents slipping. It’s a nice black leather. My feet slip in easily and stay in the shoe without slipping out. Really nice shoe in a lovely classic style but not true to size. All my other Clarks are the same size, ordered these in that size and they’re about a half size too big. Was still able to wear them as they were for a work trip and was able to have them fit on after long days and my feet were a touch swollen. They’re comfortable, seem like the usual Clark’s quality and are not slick on the bottom which is a big issue for professional shoes like heels. Overall I wish they fit better! Read more
