I wore these for the 1st time to my husband's Christmas work party tonight. I haven't worn heels in ages so I was a little worried how I'd hold up in them. These were surprisingly comfortable from the moment I put them on. Ive never had the wide option in anything other than gym shoes before. It was so nice not having my feet squeezed to death all night! These boots are so easy to walk in. It doesnt even really feel like im walking in heals. The leather is so soft and comfortable. It isnt stiff like some other leather boots. The design and details make these such pretty boots, without being over the top. Im in my mid 40s so I don't like the same obnoxious styles that I was comfortable with in my 20s. The boots look appropriate for my age, in my opinion. The look great, fit great, feel great, and therefore are a great deal for the price. Read more

I like the comfort and quality but hoping they stretch a bit on the upper part past the ankle. They are snug on the lower leg. Read more

I had the chance to wear these about 5 times before I made my review and I am happy to report that they did not give me blisters. I am normally 8.5 and I purchased the 8.5 Wide because I like extra room in the footbed for comfort and maybe some thin socks. These fit well and did not hug my ankles tightly, which I liked. The kitten heel is a look that is in right not and I like this style of boot. The low heel was comfortable for me to wear all day and they are Clark’s, a company that is renowned for their comfort. The leather was smooth no blemishes and a great value. Read more

These shoes are sharp. Simple yet they make a statement. I love the detailing on the sides. Aesthetically, the only thing u don’t like is the heel. I think this boot would have looked better with something that was straight instead of curved. This shoe misses the mark for me in functionality. Clark’s is known for their comfy shoes, but I found the insole to be lackluster. When wearing it, I didn’t feel much cushion and there was no arch support at all. The toe box fit fine for me (definitely skip if you need a wider toe box). The ankle area was SO loose, though. My ankle and heel were sliding around so much. When I tucked in my pant legs it wasn’t as bad, but I don’t normally wear skinny pants. I was hoping these could be worn with a dress or skirt. Read more

My mom and I are both big fans of Clarks shoes as we find they are great for our problem feet (genetically plagued with fallen arches, plantar and bunions). However, while they are often very comfortable and supportive, they do tend to be styled a little bit for the older woman and aren't usually super stylish. These booties flip that impression on its head. Not only are they very chic and not at all old-lady looking, but they also manage to have enough space in the toe box in spite of not looking like that from the outside! They are genuine leather so I expect them to eventually mold to my feet, though they are comfortable already out of the box. Like most Clarks shoes I have tried, they are still supportive inside the shoe - they don't have a big bump under the arch for support but there is molding in the insole that feels like it distributes my weight. The heel height is perfect, enough to give me a little boost and lift but not enough to put pressure on the ball of my feet. They have also widened the base of the heel a tad so that it distributes pressure compared to a typical stiletto style kitten keel which can be killer! I also really like the understated studs down the outer side of the bootie that aren't tacky or shiny, they blend into the shoe while giving it some style and texture. 10/10 shoes! Read more

I ordered these are cute, modern boots in the always stylish black color. Personally I enjoy and frequently choose the pointed look for my shoes, and was excited to see a low heeled ankle bootie being offered. - I found the boots to be true to size, and wore them for about 3 hours of standing and doing chores with little discomfort. - With some pointed shoes, you can feel your toes being squeezed, but not this pair. - I did, however, feel some tightness/pressure across my instep, where all the toes connect to my arch. I have flat feet, so my issue wasn’t with a high arch or anything like that. - There was also a bit of friction between the base of my pinkie toe and my arch along the top side of my foot. - There was sufficient room in the heel and I didn’t get any rubbing or pinching there at all. - The boots were offered on a discount when I got them, and I think that the price point for genuine leather boots was quite competitive. Happy to have these stylish, modern booties in my fall wardrobe lineup, just in time for the weather to properly turn to wet, cold boot weather! Read more

I usually wear a 7.5 W and I got these Clark’s boots in size 8W. They looked very narrow on the sole but did, in fact fit and were comfortable for the most part. I ended up not being able to wear them at all though because the ankle is not wide width and was so tight that I couldn’t walk. On the second day I tried them on to get a photo, I couldn’t get the left one zipped all the way up. There is a tiny piece of elastic at the top that did nothing to help these fit. The material feels nice and is forgiving everywhere except the ankle so I don’t recommend these if you ever have any swelling or are overweight. Read more

Clark is a great shoe brand and these shoes live up to the quality expected. They fit as expected and I am happy they do accommodate my wider foot. Nice dressy boots for jeans or dress. The sole seems to have good slip resistance as well. Comfortable with the extra space for wide feet. Provides good support. Read more
