I use this product in conjunction with the Gillette Fusion razor and have experienced extremely smooth shaves without nicks. There is a light scent, but nothing like the aerosol gels that I've used previously. Two pumps are enough to effectively prepare for an excellent share. WARNING: In November 2025 I have experienced 50% success rate in getting the correct product, as the Amazon fulfillment center has other Michael Strahan products miss-labeled as Clear Shaving Lotion in its inventory, but Amzon did quickly replace the items, again with tht 50% success rate, but they ultimately corrected the issue. This product works as advertised. I’ve been looking for a replacement to the neutrigena sensitive skin which has been discontinued. I’d say this product is superior in several ways. It goes on clearer and is thinner but yet slicker so that you can shave with a magnified mirror and actually see your whiskers being removed during shaving. It also can be purchased with an after shave balm which is all great but not necessary for the price. The Balm is also in an identical canister which has fooled me multiple times. The balm is not necessary but does well on soothing a shaved face. The one drawback about the product is that it is difficult to gauge how much is left in the canister. Read more
