My kid is left handed, and I am right handed. He is almost 5 and I have been teaching him how to use a computer, because I am a gamer and he constantly asks to play with me. Because I'm not used to the left hand life, I kept forgetting which buttons he needs to press, and this makes it easy for both of us. I usually have this (his) mouse plugged in on the left side and mine on the right side of the keyboard when we play Minecraft together and it's definitely helped him a lot, he actually is able to play on his own for a bit here and there now that he understands what buttons to click on the mouse to do stuff. Purchased to go along with a touchscreen laptop for my 3 year old for online classes. Extremely happy with the size and ease of use. It took him about 2 days to be comfortable with using it, as I introduced it first before he was aware that the laptop was touchscreen. Now he can work both options easily.
