Better Than Bare Nrows
I have lacked eyebrows for 15 years since my first (of many) treatments with chemotherapy. Before that, I had big brows, which I sometimes over plucked. This brow pencil is a tool to help the brow-less and the overplucked, as well as those who have fading or sparse brows. The pencil application does not fade or wipe away during the day (or evening), leaving a natural, soft but defined brow.
