Soft material and my almost 2 year old loves the prints! Update: These shrink ALOT! By 2.5 the 2-3 year old size no longer fits. They give him a wedgie. He was always pulling them out of his little bum. I ordered the 3-4 years size and these fit but I can already see they are starting to give him a wedgie. He will be 3 in a month. My potty training 3 year old is a little chunky in the legs and those regular characters undies in the stores do not go over his legs easily, so it was hard for him to get his underwear up and down without issues. I bought the size 5-6 for my just turned 5 yr old. He was too big for most 5t underwear even though he is a slender boy. They are of course a little big but I prefer that so he has some room to grow.
