My 4 year old is autistic and struggles immensely with clothing that's sensory approved and comfortable for him, especially underwear. I've dumped hundreds of dollars into every brand and style in existence to no avail, mainly because of the elastic waistbands and area that goes around the thigh/upper leg. These are an absolute MIRACLE and life changer! The waistband is soft cloth instead of exposed or basic elastic, the thigh and leg area isn't binding or tight, almost shaped like a U between the legs instead of a V. The material is soft breathable cotton and the craftsmanship is amazing, especially for the price point. My 4 year old is in 70th percentile for weight but only 35th for height, he's a bit shorter but very solid, I bought size 4-6 in style #4, 2 pack, the fit is perfect and he even has room to grow a while. If your child struggles with sensory processing I highly recommend you try these, they just might save you some exhaustion! Read more

The sizing is accurate, and the fit seems pretty comfy for my toddler. He doesn't complain about them, and a they don't roll easily on him. I would also say the fabric is great quality, and will hopefully last a while. Read more
These don’t have the extra layer of fabric in the back for potty training. These are not potty training underwear, just regular toddler underwear. Read more
