I had a samsung smart ring and was devastated when I lost it. I was in a step challenge at work... and decided to try this... its the best $60 I spent! It does almost everything the samsung ring did... it doesn't pair exactly the same... or with everything, but it does everything you need!! Battery life is amazing!!!! Definitely worth the money!!!! While waiting on my Oura Ring Gen 4, I decided to grab this CNBRO Smart Ring just to get used to the feel of wearing one—and I’m glad I did. First off, the design is beautiful. It’s unique, bold, and doesn't try to copy anything else out there. I bought it simply because it looked different, and I don't regret that. Pros: It does the basics well—step tracking, sleep monitoring, and more. The app connected easily once I fully charged the ring. Step tracking is consistent, and the sleep tracker gave me a decent overview of my rest. The style is honestly what makes this a winner for me. It’s sleek and unlike any other smart ring I’ve seen. Cons: The blood pressure readings? Not even close to my actual cuff monitor. So take that feature with a grain of salt. One thing I really don’t like: if the ring dies or disconnects, you can’t see your past data in the app. No history, just blank. It makes me wonder if it even stores anything onboard. Bottom line: If you're into aesthetics and want a smart ring that handles the basics, this is a great entry-level choice. Just don’t expect medical-grade accuracy or full data retention. Read more
