Great radio on most days
Yesterday out of the box, I added batteries and it worked great. Got really good signals which are difficult in my small rural town away from any big city. I didn’t even need use the antenna. Today I tried it again and couldn’t get a single AM station and it was hard to get any FM station to come in very well at all and today I was using the antenna. So if anyone is using this radio, don’t blame the radio. It’s the signals that cause the problems. Some days the signals are stronger than others and also there’s a lot going on with the sun shooting out plasma, etc. so give it another chance on another day if you will. Read more

There is always something a little magical about portable radios. I bought this specifically to have in my car because when my community hosts a drive-in movie fundraiser, they often broadcast the audio to a radio channel. I figured I could also use it on camping trips or hiking trips. The audio is incredible, I was very surprised at how good the audio quality was. I expected to need to plug a speaker into it but the one it comes with is fine on its own. The antenna was quite fun, I can't remember the last time I extended an antenna. Going through channels is simple, and the volume works great. I got the silver one because it had that 90s/2000 new tech charm to it. When I use it for a while I will get back and report on the battery life. Read more
I would not recommend this product.
Radio was given as a gift and only worked for a little over a month. It worked only long enough to get past the return period so it couldn't be returned. I would not buy this item again. Read more
