Easy to clean and use. We used it outside on Thanksgiving morning in 33 degree weather for 3 hours. When we got home, I tested the temp of the water and it was too hot to drink. The carafe will keep water hot for a long time even in cold temperatures. I'm glad I bought it. Read more

Keeps product warm for a very long time has a large capacity. Easy to clean, lid clicks off and comes with a cleaning brush. Spout comes apart for cleaning with a small brush (not provided). Bottom spins which is nice for placement. Only downside is the small drip after every serving. Recommend a cloth underneath the spout. Read more

My wife and aI have used the Keurig pods for years, 2 each everyday. I was tired of creating so much waste from the pods. We tried the reusable pods but it didn’t have the same taste. So I bought this carafe and a number 6 drip cone, and a 1.8 litre water boiler, and we have been in coffee heaven for weeks! The carafe is just like the ones you use in a store, and it keeps the coffee hot for hours. 24 hours later when I dump out leftover coffee, it is still warm! I purchased this because I wanted to do a Hot Chocolate bar for a few teens that were gathering. I made the hot chocolate in a pot and then transferred it to the carafe. That was right at 4pm. At 10pm the hot chocolate was still hot! So I would say it works great for keeping liquids warm for at least 6 hours. I don't recall how many hours it claimed, but know that it kept it warm at least that long. I didn't clean it out that night and the next morning it was cold. I did not give the carafe 5 stars for a couple of reasons. One, I wish the opening to pour the liquid into the carafe was a little larger. I spilled some trying to get it into the smallish opening. And the other reason is because when pumping the liquid, which generally worked well, it did get stuck on my one time while using. I am unsure if it did the same for anyone else while they were using it, but it was annoying and I had to get it unstuck to continue getting the liquid it. It is a good size and the weight seemed good, but not soo heavy it wasn't easy to move around as needed. The seal seemed good and like there wouldn't be any major spills. Overall I am happy with the purchase and can't wait to find other reasons to bring it out and use it. Read more
