Might be an "off brand" production but I fail to see any indication that the quality is any less than the major branded units with similar specs. Similar construction and attention to details of much higher priced items. I am very happy with this machine that also includes a reusable filter for the consumer to use if they wish that probably routinely retails for 5 to 7 dollars on it's own in any local store. I prefer the disposable paper filters and it works just fine with having to use included one. Great Value! Read more

Absolutely horrible! Takes an eternity to brew. Then when you lift the lid to either empty the grinds or brew another pot, hot steam escapes and it spits hot water directly at you. Definitely going to scald someone. I suggest you look elsewhere. This coffee maker is extremely dangerous. I would love for the manufacturer to contact me regarding the issues I am having with their coffee maker. Read more
