I originally left a 1-star review because my first Culikem coffee scale stopped working a little over a month after purchase. It would randomly lock itself or shut off during use, which made it unreliable for pour-over brewing. At that time, I wasn’t able to reach the seller directly, so I felt disappointed (I contacted Amazon's customer service because there was no option to contact the seller directly. The customer service agent said the seller was going to contact me and try to address the issue, but I never heard back from anyone...which the seller clarified that they never got any messages from Amazon regarding my issue with the scale and that they wanted to make things right!) However, shortly after my review was published, Culikem’s customer service reached out to me directly. They not only offered a full refund but also sent me two replacement units — the same model I bought plus their newer compact one-cup scale. That gesture alone speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve now been using both scales daily for about three weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed. ✅ Performance: Both scales are accurate, responsive, and hold their tare and timer functions perfectly. ✅ Design: The glass mirror surface and modern minimal look fit beautifully in my coffee setup. ✅ Portability: The newer one-cup version is smaller, lighter, and ideal for espresso or travel. ✅ Rechargeable: Battery life is great — I’ve charged once so far and both are still going strong. Overall, I’m very pleased with this coffee scale. You really can’t beat it for the money. It’s sensitive, accurate, and surprisingly well made.
