These boots are beautiful! Unfortunately they are too narrow on the footbed. My toes felt squished even though I sized up. I really wanted these to work but I can’t justify keeping them if they are going to hurt my feet at $200. These might work on someone with narrow feet Read more
I love these boots! I usually wear a size 8 Medium and these fit me perfectly, with space around my foot to wear a bit of a thicker sock if needed. Even though there is no zipper, they are easy to put on thanks to the "pull tab" in the back and my feet glide right into them. The rubber heel is thick and 1 and 1/2 inches tall, giving me plenty of support when I walk in these shoes. I also don't worry about slipping on snow or ice because of the built-in tread grooves on the heel and the sole. The leather is soft and waterproof too, which I recently experienced when getting caught in a rainstorm and then watching the rain drops slide off the boots. Afterwards, the boots maintained their shine and color, and you would never have known that they just got soaked! They are a bit pricey, but I assume these boots will last for a long time and I know I'll be getting lots of use out of them during the fall and winter seasons. Read more
Every year I get myself a pair of Chelsea boots for the fall/winter. I love the classic style - it goes well with jeans/slacks/skirts. I nearly live in them when I have to spend the day outside. So far these are holding up nicely. They are actually a little higher up the ankle than my previous boots - but I like this because it covers more of my skin and socks. The sole is nice and thick - which is another plus for cold days - as the cold doesn't soak up as easily from the ground. There is sufficient room inside the shoe to accommodate a thicker sock. These run really narrow. They were super tight on my feet. Length wise, they seem to run true to size. They seem like they would be comfortable, but they are just two narrow for me to wear. Read more
These shoes are fabulous quality! They’re very stylish, and have enough heel to help us shorties get a little height without being so skinny and useless that we’re a wobbly mess! My kids and I are all the same shoe size, so this pair works for all of us, although my 13yo will be using them first for chorus concerts, since matte black shoes are needed and these are amazing and comfortable enough to stand in for a concert! But these are also perfect for my oldest’s cosplay character. Sturdy and comfy enough to walk around all day at Comic-Con, plus adding a bit of height! Read more
This is a nicely styled, well crafted Cole-Haan boot. Looking forward to winter in Ohio, my wife likes this boot for its dressy casual look and its treads to provide a secure footing when we go out. These are waterproof, and that's a big plus for that season. She says they are very cozy and cushion-y to walk in, quite comfortable. We do some trail-walking in better weather, and these are great for that as well. The sides of the boot stretch to get them on, yet I'm sure they're waterproof too.
