Great basic black boot. This is an essential for my wardrobe. While the heel is kind of high, it has a wide base. Also, I like that this boot is a platform. Which to me, makes it a lot more comfortable. I would say this boot is for someone with normal sized calves. My calves are an average width, and there’s just a bit of extra room in the calf area. These are so cute, they are pretty easy to slip on however the top of the boot fits tighter than the foot. The bottom fits a little bit however it is tight in my calf. Mostly bought this as a part of my Halloween costume, but plan to wear later. Read more

I’m really impressed with these boots! They’re made with nice thick material, and the craftsmanship and quality are much better than I expected for the price. The sole and heel feel sturdy and durable, and they have excellent grip on the bottom, which makes them practical as well as stylish. The leather on the shaft has a slight stretch, so it molds nicely to your legs without feeling tight. They definitely look more expensive than they are, very classy and well made. The zippers are smooth, and everything about the build feels solid and thoughtfully done. They have a high chunky heel, but surprisingly they’re very comfortable to walk and stand in, even for longer periods. I love that the pointed toe gives them a classic, elegant look, while the chunky heel adds a modern edge. It’s the perfect combo of timeless yet trendy. As for fit, they do run big. I usually wear a size 8 but tend to order an 8.5 in knee high boots to leave room for thick socks or jeans. I ordered the 8.5 in these, and they’re too big, probably about an inch of extra space past my toes. I can still wear them, but my foot slides forward and my heel lifts when walking. So I’d say definitely stick with your normal size. On the plus side, they’re wide calf friendly, they don’t feel tight around the calves at all, even with jeans tucked in. They’re very stylish and can easily be dressed up or down, perfect with dresses, jeans, or skirts. The color and shape make them super versatile for fall and winter. The material of these boots feels so good. The inside zippers go all the way to the sole so it's easy to slip your foot in and out. The zippers work smoothly. I was happy to find that the calf was plenty roomy for my leg but the foot part fit snugly so no problem with my foot slipping out. The large heel makes it comfortable to stand in. I am not used to walking in high heels so I know I don't look the most graceful in these. The chunky heel hits the floor sooner than an under-slung heel would so it takes some getting used to. But I like that it is chunky so I am not afraid it will snap or break off easily. Now I just need to wait for some cold weather here in north Florida so I can strut around in these things. Read more

The first thing I noticed when I put them on was how soft they are. They feel sooo cozy on the inside like they would be very warm to wear when its cold outside. I ordered a size 10 which I was a little nervouse about since my feet have gotten wider since I had our daughter, but they actually fit perfectly. Theyre super comfortable, dont pinch anywhere, and are very easy to walk in. I opted for the black and they are very sleek and versatile to wear with multiple outfits. I only have a couple of notes: 1. The support on the bottom feels stiff. So I recommend wearing comfortable socks or adding an insert. (Im 250lbs so that could definitely play a part, lol). But even just trying them on the first time and standing still to get a feel of fit, it didnt feel like a lot of support on the bottom. But everything else about the fit was fantstic. 2. Ladies with thicker calves: these are not for you. I have lots of polynesian family with women who have stronger or more muscular calves and these are not the ones for you lol But if you have "standard" calves, definitely get a pair...or two!
