Omg!! I had really bad staining (brown and yellow ridges) on my upper teeth that not even my hygienist could get rid of. I drink coffee and smoke. I didn’t take a before pic because at no point did I think I would see such a drastic change with one brushing. A soft bristled brush, brush your gums firmly (I have receding gums too), and a floss afterwards. You can see just a small amount of staining on my upper teeth. It was way worse than that. But it’s literally gone. IN ONE BRUSHING!! What a great product! I will be using this paste from now on. 5 stars!! Read more

I needed this kind of toothpaste (whitening) because of recent surgery and having used mouthwash and toothpaste to prevent bacteria and plaque that stained my teeth. I wanted something that would work on the staining, but be gentle on my enamel and good for my over-all oral health.
