Best way to take collagen
I've been using collagen for about a year and it makes a noticeable difference in my skin elasticity, hair health/length and nail strength. But I've always used collagen in powder form because I just didn't know gummies existed. Now that I've tasted the sweet nectar of these gummies, it is going to be hard to go back to powder form. These are just delicious! I pop 1-4 gummies a day when I feel like eating something sweet and I get the same dopamine rush as if I were to eat a snickers bar. Good tasting and good size gummies. For some reason the photo makes them look a little orange but they're more pink in real life. There's 60 in the bottle and you take 2 per day, so it's a one month supply. Bottle was very well sealed with multiple layers- they're serious about these gummies arriving untampered with. Beyond just collagen items, it has more than the recommended daily value of vitamins: A, B6, B12, C, D3, and E. Also has zinc. Seems like a pretty good all around formulation to me. Read more

These gummies arrived in a plastic bottle, shrink wrapped, with a shrink wrapped lid and with a foil seal under the lid - very tamper proof! There are 60 gummies in the container and serving size is 2 gummies per day. They have an artificial strawberry flavor and seem to be very fresh because they are very soft and do not stick to your teeth. The date of expiration on my gummies is November 26, 2026. This brand of collagen gummies contains 5 types of collagen and are sugar free! I had 0 negative reaction to these. I have been taking collagen for a year now for my, hair, skin and nails.
