I don't usually comment as to how effective they are unless it's something that I am able to scientifically measure via bloodwork as there are just too many variables and the placebo effect is a real thing so I stick to flavor, sticky factor, ingredients, things like that. First off, these are delicious, so I have to remind myself they aren't candy and not to eat more than the two per day. They are sugar-free. I don't go crazy over cutting sugar out but I'm not fond of having it added to my supplements. I live in a hot humid part of the U.S. Half the time gummy vitamins are already clumped together when they arrive and if they aren't they usually are to some degree by the time you get to the end of the bottle. I dislike when they come in small mouthed containers like this one for that very reason. Once they start clumping together, it's a real hassle to pry them out. I'm down to the last third of the first bottle and these are not even remotely sticking together. That's rare. These not only taste great they even smell good. They are not limited to collagen and biotin though. There are a number of other vitamins packed into those little bears, so you need check that out if like me you take lots of different ones. These are tasty and delicious. The gummies are shaped like little bears and flavored well. It does have multivitamin ingredients in it. The instructions are to take 2 gummies per day. The product is easy to chew and has no odd aftertaste and has not caused any kind of stomach irritation or discomfort. The quality of the product and ingredients seems to be just where it needs to be. As for the collagen aspect, my hair and skin look healthy. Perhaps more time for any relief from arthritic discomfort etc., to be helped but so far the product has been very pleasant and something I would recommend.
