Collagen undecided
I like collagen. Some health benefits are improved skin and hair. Both of which would be of course welcomed. I've been taking these gummies for two weeks. I usually take collagen powder. It's better IMO but it's also 3x the price. I would think a product like this in this price range, would take longer to see noticeable effects compared to a more expensive, well known brand but that's just my opinion. First impression: Good, typical packaging. Sealed. I usually take collagen powder but gummy anything can be convenient. The texture is good and the tase is average to good. I like anything that uses natural sugars but sugar free can be great. The ingredient list is good, I like it. Basic. I just wish there was more information about where everything is sourced. I haven't experienced any negative side effects as of yet. It would be hard to pinpoint major changes to this product, so I'll say that only time will tell if you feel like this product is effective. That being said I wish it was easier to see where the product was made and where it's ingredients come from. I don't have the confidence I need in a product I take internally and as such I probably wouldn't take them again. I would probably recommend this product if it was cheaper but with the lack of information I don't feel this is the best value personally.
