I don’t have a lot of time for writing reviews but wanted to take the time to give this product the proper praise. I have used many collagen powders but didn’t notice a big difference until this one. Even in the dead of winter, my skin, hair, and especially nails look so much healthier! My nails stopped breaking off and are thicker. My hair roots are shiny and healthy. I also noticed reduced knee pain. The texture of the powder is a little more granuleish and blends well with my frother into my coffee. I also add it to recipes and smoothies. it sounds really dumb but I got a million of these scoops between collagen and protein power orders. It would be really nice if more companies had a scoopless option. I'm currently in my "worried about all the plastics being produced" mode. And yes, i know it can be "recycled". But the ugly truth is a lot of municipal recycling programs don't actually recycle 🥲. The product seems fine. my skin doesn't look like an old rubber mask from a Scooby Doo villain so I guess it works. My joints are in a continual state of soreness due to being a gym kitty. but i imagine I'd be walking like a drunk pirate if I weren't using the collagen. It mixes well in my hot tea and protein smoothies. doesn't work well in colder drinks. not really meant to tho. Taste is neutral enough. Read more
I like this product so far but the product has only been used for several days. I like that fir the price, I get 45 servings instead of a mere 25! I like how it blends with my protein powder using my mini blender. The flavor seems tasty. It has no sugar, thankfully. I bought it at a very good price, plus it has type 1 and 3 collagen for my basic needs. The collagen comes from grass fed cows and it has a good rating. We’ll see how good it does on my joints, which need remedial action. I got off collagen for awhile due to the expense and after three months, my shoulder and arm have suffered. My knee is acting up and my hair isn’t as soft. So I am back on collagen again. I swear this stuff works, despite what one of my doctors says. I think collagen is wonderful! Stay on it! I’m enjoying this quality collagen product. I’ve taken collagen for several years. Colla Vita is now my favorite. The price is reasonable, the quality is consistent, the powder blends easily and has no taste, and most of all the benefits (improved skin, bones, nails) provided are noticeable! Read more

The taste of this collagen peptide is honestly not great when mixed with just water, it’s pretty unpleasant. I tried drinking it that way once and quickly realized it wasn’t for me. Mixing it with whey protein works much better and makes it much easier to take. That said, I don’t judge supplements based on taste alone, and the product itself is excellent. The quality seems very good, and it does exactly what I expect from a collagen supplement. If you mix it with a protein shake or another drink instead of plain water, it’s much more manageable.
