I am very happy with this 15 piece eye liner set I received! I usually wear liquid liner for the ease of application and these pencils were also easy to apply. The texture of the makeup was creamy and the colors in the set were beautiful! I was delighted to find that the pencils can also be used on the lips! They worked really well as a lip liner. These liners are a good deal for the price, especially if you like darker shades. The red and brown go on smooth and show up well, but the lighter colors (like white and light pink) barely have any pigment. They’re creamy and easy to apply, but they smudge and don’t last very long—so you’ll need to reapply. Also, the packaging says “twist up,” but I couldn’t find a way to do that, which is frustrating.
