Exactly what I'd been looking for as my lighter down jacket wasn't adequate for the really cold and windy days. This one is! I got many of compliments every time I wear this jacket. The color is modern and hip enough, not over the top wild or too bright either, just the right mix of unique blue, it's hard to describe the color... not Carolina Blue, not Duke Blue, not Navy, but maybe the happy medium of these 3 kinds of blue... a matte tone to it too. Then the red line highlight in the middle is delightful. Again not sharp red by all means. Ok so much about fashion, let's talk about the fit and the warmth. I'm 5'5" and ~160 lbs, fit a Medium perfectly. Fit the should line perfectly, length feels right when I unzip, when I do zip it up, maybe it looks a bit long but not by much, I actually think it's just long enough that blocks any winds from coming in. I have a Northface jacket, Patagonia down coat and purchased this coat because it would hold up better under damp conditions. It is a little bulkier than I expected but fits well and packs easily. I got the Blue/Red color and get a lot of compliments on it. Looks better than in the pics. I do wish it had an inside chest zipper pocket. It does have two lower non-zipper pouches on the inside where the hand pockets are so that is ok but it doesn't keep lipbalm or key cards secures so you'd have to store them in your hand pockets. A very lightweight, warm winter jacket. It was 31 degrees Fahrenheit this morning on my walk with the dog, and this kept me toasty warm, though I was wearing a heated vest under it.
