Function not fashion

I wore this outside immediately after receiving it and was quite happy with the warmth. It’s quite soft as well. I have a rather large head and I purchased the size L/XL and it fits perfectly. It covers my ears although folding the brim would make it so shallow that it would be unwearable. My head circumference is 22.5” and the distance from the center of my head to the upper tip of my ear is 5”. I am quite happy with my purchase. I always am with Columbia merchandise. It’s always well made and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for cute rather than warm you might want to look at other products by this company. Read more

Previously, I had one like this from Columbia in small size and in light blue color. I loved that one, but since last year, I couldn't find it among my winter clothes. So, I am trying to find a similar replacement. This one is labeled as small/medium. I took a chance. It is slightly big for me. It's not an issue of the product or company as it is correctly labeled. Nice weight for cool days

This is a warm hat for cool or cold weather and stays on/in place. My only complaint is it’s rather “deep” so I have to flatten it a bit with my hand. It would look better and cost less to make if it fit more like a beanie. Read more
