Purchased the 14-inch bed frame for my full-size 10-inch bed in a box. WOW, the frame really elevated my bed! No boxspring needed. The frame was easy to assemble and I did it myself. :) Instructions were clear and easy to follow. So far it feels sturdy and is very quiet. Only minor concerns is my mattress does slide an inch or two from time to time so I may have to buy the side guides that attach to the frame. I did hit my toe a couple times on the stands so my son recommended cutting pool noodles to wrap around the frame legs. Great idea as my bed skirt covers the legs anyway! Read more

I love it. It's very sturdy & sits high. I live in a very small apt. & needed to hide the many bins I have. I've been able to put 3 very large bins under it, I think 20 or 30 gal., I forget but it's the long ones & also 2 smaller ones. I didn't put it together but my BF seemed ok with it, it didn't take long. I also love the fact that on both sides of the bed the middle legs are under the bed some so that U can't stomp ur toes on them. Read more

Very good bedframe, easy to assemble. I wish say this one was more difficult than other similar frames i have had in the past but i still found assembly to be very easy. Allows for lots of room under the bed, functionality is great. These are so good for easy moving or even for someone in college. Item: COMASACH California King Bed Frame Heavy Duty,16" Black Metal Platform Bed Frame,Sturdy Steel Frame,Support up to 3500lbs,No Box Spring Needed,Noise-Free,Easy Assembly I ordered this Cali-King 16” high bed frame halfway through my home renovation. The item arrived in a (roughly) 7x9x36 inch branded box. It weighed about 50 lbs. After unboxing the set, there were scrapes/scratches on some of the pieces. The box had been re-taped several times and was dented, but there were no holes. The damage to the various pieces was noticeable only after taking off the plastic wrap around each one. So, this was factory damage (vs shipping damage). Check your pieces before assembling to see if there’s anything you can’t live with. The frame is fairly easy to assemble. Pieces are easily identifiable and labeled. It took about 45 minutes working at a slow pace. The Allen wrench they provide works well but, use a Torque (T25) bit if you have one handy. Using that and a screwdriver/drill, you’ll be able to tighten the screws a bit more. When you’re done assembling, you’ll have one extra short and long screw. (Side note: The screws have a very faint coat of oil on them. If you’re working on carpet, don’t place the screws directly on it as the oil will stain.) Most of the 20 smallest support beams (that go in last) snapped firmly into place. But, there were a few that didn’t go in as tight. And when sitting on/getting off the bed you can hear some slight creaking as the metal beams adjust. It’s not a squeak (like an old spring). It’s more of a metal-hitting-metal sound. Gonna try and wedge some washers in those areas to see if that helps any. The color is great. The form factor is excellent - very clean, very modern. It was a near-perfect fit for my mattress, and feels both solid and supportive. And, of course, the under-bed storage is great should you need it. I hid my subwoofer under there (it was previously sitting in a corner of the room). I also mounted some motion-sensor LED lights underneath. I’ll definitely follow up with an edit as the years go by to note any inconsistencies (worse creaking, squeaking, etc). But overall, this is a well thought out bed frame at a decent price point. I gave it 3 stars because of the multiple scratched pieces and the creaking but, I would buy this product again. Read more
