I’ve been really happy with these shorts. For reference, I’m 6’2”, about 200 lbs, and I’m wearing a medium. The fit is athletic without being tight, and the 5-inch inseam hits at a nice above-the-knee length that looks modern but not too short. The fabric is lightweight and dries quickly, which makes a big difference during harder workouts or in hot weather. They feel breathable and move well — no restriction when squatting, running, or doing lateral movements. One of my favorite features is the built-in liner with the hidden pocket. It’s actually useful. I can slide my phone into the inner pocket and it stays secure and out of the way without bouncing around. That alone makes these feel more thoughtfully designed than a lot of other gym shorts I’ve tried. The outer pockets and back zip pocket are also handy for keys or small essentials, and the waistband with the internal drawstring keeps everything snug without feeling bulky. Comdecevis Mens Running Shorts February 17, 2026 Good Looking, Good Feeling Shorts Well made with a good fit. I don’t run much anymore but I walk a lot. When I was younger, I did quite a bit of running, especially when I traveled a lot, to keep the pounds down. These shorts would have been a nice addition to my luggage. Seems like a number of shorts/swimsuits are interchangeable these days and I would not hesitate to swim in these. I appreciate that these have shorter legs. Too many shorts come past the knees and get caught when you bend. Not these. So far as having a pocket for a phone, some people will like it. I put Mrs. Cool’s Pixel Pro 7 in the pocket. This is a larger size phone, and you may want to consider a smaller phone if you want to carry it in this pocket. See Pix. I’m going to get a lot of mileage out of these shorts this year. I have a 33" waist. I got size Small thinking they would fit better. They fit good, very comfortable. I suppose I could have gotten the medium for a looser fit, but I'm happy with the way these fit. To me, these are super nice heavy duty shorts, not light flimsy running/walking shorts like others I have. Soft material, seems very durable. Nice deep pockets. The inner liner fits my legs perfectly, and has a cool pocket for your phone. I really like the 5" above the knee cut. These are my new favorite shorts for my daily 5 1/4 mile run/walk. Read more
I run a lot and have owned many pairs of running shorts in my life. I like these because the inner lining provides good jock support which I need when running. They stay dry and look good too. The material is not super lightweight per the add but the inner lining is very soft and they don't chafe. The inner pocket is truly handy for a phone because its not bouncing around in an outside pocket. The side pockets are very deep and they are well made. Finally the sizing was just right. These are truly 5in inseam shorts. they seem to be true flat cut shorts and run the same length down both legs. TLDR; good shorts for the money and i recommend them. Pros: The fabric is pliable and stretchy there is an inner liner that has a phone pocket that will fit most if not all phones, my iphone 17pro max fit fine. Color is true to advertised Cons: the inner liner did not quite fit and was a bit loose on me which didnt make them feel as comfortable, however with my build my thighs are a bit smaller and so i tend to have issues with shorts that fit me well but liners that dont. if i bulk up i see that solving the problem so maybe thats just on me. The crotch area fit a bit low also causing some bunching in that area. I probably will use these kept in my gym bag as spares in case my normal shorts are left out or i forget them. they arent bad by any means but will become a back up set for me until im big enough to fill out the liner. i wouldn't run in them personally but great for the gym. These shorts look great. I really believe the design is good. I like that. It has the liner for the shorts. They are very comfortable. The pockets are good size and work well. The material is moisture wicking. The material seems high-quality. They are lightweight. The listed price is good making these a good value for your money. These fit true to size. I like these shorts. They are well made. The construction is good. No loose stitching. The pockets are ok. They are open pockets without zippers, but the liner has a pocket for your phone. The problem I find with the shorts with liners is the liner always feels too big. That's the case with these shorts. The shorts fit fine but the liner is baggy. It makes me not want to wear them. I guess I can always cut out the liner and use my own. I usually buy unlined shorts and wear my own liner but figured I would gives these a try. If you have bigger thighs then maybe they will work. I ordered a medium and I am 6ft 200 lbs and they were still saggy. Read more
