The neck massages feel great, especially after a long day hunched over a table making cuts for my job. It provides great pain relief and the battery lasts plenty for more than just a session. It looks and feels of great quality, and as always, I love the heat option. With the arm straps, I can pull it deeper down for a deeper massage, or loosen it up for a softer touch.
