I bought this 2/07 and was amazed how well it worked on All the settings. Got up this morning and it Would Not Work at All. Compared to another back massager I had several years ago this one seems cheaply made. It is noisy, the elastic straps meant to hold it in place are too short unless you’re using it on a tiny chair. The remote is appears to be cheaply made. The fabric on the actual piece is very soft and plush. Got on sale I guess you get what you pay for. Would consider returning it if I would have paid the original listing price. Read more
I bought this for my mom who recently started getting intense back pain that affected her ability to walk and she's super happy with this item. Setup is pretty straightforward and easy. Just plug and chug. If putting in chair, you can strap it around the back of your chair to secure it. Apparently my mom uses it for laying down as well, not just in her chair and it's made a big difference. She really likes the heating and vibration settings and how it's easily adjustable. It lets her focus on areas that she needs the most relief. Now she's using it daily combined with PT and I'm hopeful she'll be able to walk more often like she used to. For me personally this is a horrible back massager. It does not even massage, it is a giant vibrator -even on the low level. I mean if you’re buying it for its vibration purposes then you have hit the jack pot, but if you’re looking for more of a deep tissue massager then look elsewhere. Read more
