This product is absolutely not a good product and is worthless. This was my first time purchasing this particular style of comfort zone space heaters and I have purchased dozens of others over the years. The style of comfort zone heater that I usually buy was not available, so I took a chance on this one. I bought it in September as a backup heater, but did not need it until December. The heater only lasted about two weeks before it stopped working completely. Since I have had it, but did not use it for three months, obviously I can't return it. So I would warn anyone, unless absolutely necessary, do not purchase this style of comfort zone heater. It is a dud. Read more
I like the size of this heater. It stands nearly 23 inches tall and is about 12 inches wide at the widest point, and about 6 inches deep. The tall but thin profile is a plus for taking up less floor space and offering a larger heat exchange surface. I also like that it has a low and high setting, with the low using 750 watts (rather than the 1500 watts at high). The thermostat is also a plus so that the heater turns off when the room temp hits the mark to save on electricity. On the downside, there is only one fan speed and it's pretty meager. It does help distribute the heat far better than a fully passive heater, but I have smaller heaters that provide far more wind speed. Thus, even though this is a large heater, it's not a good option for large rooms. The build quality is just OK. It's not terrible, but it definitely feels cheap, especially the control knobs (very tinny feeling). The reaction time for the thermostat is rather sluggish -- it overshoots and then takes a long time to turn on again. Weighing the pros and cons put my rating at 3.5 stars. Read more
This is great for my office, people walk in & it feels like Tahiti in my office. The different settings help too. Read more
Dont waste your money on this item! I bought this in October so I could have it when cool weather came. I finally took it out of the box less than a month ago and started using it. Last night was the first night I have used the "high" temperature setting all night. I had the other control turned up less than half way, and now today it has completely stopped working! Of course its past my window to return it, by 29 days! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I literally have a space heater running by my desk every day. If it’s cold, it’s on. If it’s warm and the a/c is blasting, it’s on. My current heater has been excellent so that’s what I’m comparing this one to. This one is minimally shorter but wider, equally lightweight, also with a built-in nook for a handle. Because it’s a wider, stockier device, it’s less likely to tip over. I honestly didn’t expect it to heat up as well, but it really does. I tried the lower and higher settings and it’s quite hot, even on the lower setting. Space heaters don’t blast heated air out like cool fans but they generally warm the area – and if you keep one as close as I do (which you’re not supposed to), you can break a sweat. The only negative I see with this heater is that it makes a noise when you move it. It’s just a metal vibration noise and only when it’s being moved around, and I won’t be moving it so it won’t be a big problem for me but it’s there nonetheless. Very pleased with this space heater, it exceeds my expectations. Read more
