These are very easy to apply, teeth whitening strips. Each individually wrapped strip set contains 2 strips of different sizes, one for the upper and the other for the lower teeth. The box has 24 sets. The strips are wide enough to cover the front side of the teeth. Once you align it to the front, you can bend the rest to the inner, which also works on the inner surface of the teeth. I was able to speak while it was on my teeth, but it affects your talking; it feels like you are an old, toothless person. I had not used these white strips for several years. I decided to give it a try and see how far this system has come. The box states it’s designed in US and made in China. The strips are extremely sticky and adhere very well to your teeth. I place the bottom strip first then the top. Instructions states not to have strip touch your gums. After this wait 30 minutes then wash your mouth with water. While you wait it’s good to spits out any saliva your have accumulated. Also don’t go beyond 30 min. One time I did and my teeth were more sensitive than usual. I found the taste being like hydrogen peroxide but it was not that overpowering. The strips are so sticky it take a good pull to take them off. The price is not bad for it having at least two applications. I took a before and after pic as well as how it looks while wearing them. I did notice a shade whiter and if your teeth are yellow it will be more noticeable. Since I use toothpaste with whitening it may not be as apparent. What I like about this product is how well it sticks to your teeth. In the past you would have to be careful strips stay put, not with these. One last word of advise if needed you can put these on while on the way out of your house with a bottle of water. After 30 minutes removed strips and wash mouth with bottled water. Each strip covers roughly 8 teeth, with the upper strip being naturally longer. They adhere strongly once placed, and I haven’t had any issues with slipping. It does take a moment to position them so they stay mostly off the gums while still covering the teeth. I found that adjusting the strip and pressing it into the spaces between teeth helped ensure even contact. The height of each strip is roughly double the height of my teeth, so they can wrap around to the backside. The ingredients list is minimal, and my understanding is that the 6% hydrogen peroxide is the active whitening component. The hydroxypropyl methylcellulose appears to be what gives the strip its adhesive quality. Everything included seems to serve a clear purpose. I’ve used these for 4 days in a row so far, and my teeth are noticeably whiter. I brush before and after using them, even though the directions only mention rinsing afterwards. In terms of comfort, I haven’t experienced any sensitivity or irritation, but people who are prone to sensitivity may want to pay attention to how their teeth feel as they go. The strips themselves feel secure and don’t create any burning or tingling for me. I’m planning to continue for a few more days to see how the results develop. These whitening strips didn't bother my teeth. Some I've used in the past have made my teeth sensitive but these do not have that affect on my teeth. They go on easily too. The light mint flavor is nice and not overwhelming. I found the flavor to be refreshing. These strips adhere to the teeth quite well and stay in place. They are very easy to apply and seem to work nicely. I have only used them once so the full whitening effect was not yet visible. After application, I did notice a slight residue on my teeth that was quickly resolved. A little extra rinsing and a slight brushing resolves that problem. Nice product for a bright smile. Read more
