i am about a week into using these & i do notice a slight difference already in shade, however, they are very messy. i removed at 30 minutes & i also removed at 60 minutes. no difference in the mess. VERY sticky to my teeth, difficult to remove. instructions say to "rinse" after but i definitely have to do more than rinse, have to use a toothbrush to get it all off. it does leave a refreshing taste & no sensitivity for me.
