We're happy with this xylophone toy! It has a nice sound that's not nearly as hard on the ears as other kids musical instruments we've had. It feels well made, especially the metal parts, its pretty to look at, and our kids love it. Overall I'm impressed and would recommend. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I would probably give 5 stars at today’s sale price 35% off, but it’s 4 stars full price. The wood on it looks a little dirty. I think you can see what I mean in the video. I had to get a replacement for mine. The first one I received looked good, but two of the bars were identical, so it didn’t make a proper scale. Amazon replaced it promptly, and it has all the proper bars. The first one is the replacement, and the second is the one with one bad bar. Just be sure to play yours when it comes in, especially if it’s a gift, to make sure it was assembled properly with the bars making the right tones for a complete scale. I should have recorded with the mallets unwrapped for a better tone, but you can still hear the difference. It has a small booklet with it that I haven’t looked at closely, but it does have some songs in it to play on the xylophone. I like the pastel colors. So many times xylophones come in primary colors. I like these muted tones. They’ll blend well with the nursery. The wood and muted tones look nice together. Overall I recommend this! Read more
