This was the greatest gift for my husband. He deals with pain in his lower back from lifting so much all the time, and this seemed to really help him A LOT, the settings, the adjustable size, how easy it is to use, he absolutely loves this and we both HIGHLY recommend this for anyone that has back issues, and really loves heat to help with the pain, and the vibration setting seem to really help loosen everything up as well. And this is very DURABLE, he even wears it to work sometimes! Cons; The only down side is that he says the battery doesn't stay charged long, so having some back up batteries is a must if you wear it a lot. Read more

This has truly saved me when it comes to my period. I have cramps so bad that I can't walk. That isn't an exaggeration, I truly cannot walk even with help because my cramps are so bad. Just starting with this in case someone thinks "oh sure maybe if you have baby cramps it works." Also, I have a big stomach. With the expandable strap, this fits perfectly and the heat and massage is enough to get through the stomach fat to my muscles and uterus. Between this heating pad, all the OTC pain relievers on the market, and a gummy, I can actually get through my day now. By far the heating pad is the most important component. I make sure to charge the power source the day before my period starts. I will say that if you use it continuously it does need to be recharged about every 4 to 5 hours. That's with me having it on heat and massage both the whole time (yes, not recommended but if you have pain like I do then you know how it is.) Since it's just a power bank, you may be able to plug in a different one as a backup but I haven't tried it. (Edit: I tried it with a power bank and it worked! I now keep a backup at all times!) Even the lowest setting can make my skin really hot (it's that powerful), so I always wear thick sweat pants and a long shirt so I have multiple layers of fabric between my body and the heat source. There are other heating pads that you can strap on your body that are smaller and aren't noticeable under clothing. This is not that. Those ones weren't big enough for me and weren't powerful enough either. This is a heavy duty one that I wear on top of clothing while working from home. If you're worried about aesthetics, this is not the right choice for you. But if you have pain as bad as I do, I suspect you won't care and will simply do anything for pain relief. If that's what you want then I can't recommend this enough! Edit: it's been nearly a year now and still going strong! Works just as well as ever and I now keep a backup power bank so when one dies I just throw it on the charger and plug in the other one. This heating pad gave me back the week that my period used to steal from me and I will forever sing its praises! Final edit: 1 year and 7 months later the buttons are malfunctioning. It started a couple months ago where I had to press both buttons twice for them to work. Now I have to do it over and over until it finally works and I can see the lights in the panel glitch a bit. Everything I said above is true and I'm buying a new one. To be clear, I used this every single month for 5-7 days about 8-16 hours at a time. If you only use this occasionally it'll probably last much longer. Conversely, if you plan on using this every single day for back pain, this might not be as durable as you'd like. I ordered many items from Amazon, but rarely take the time to write a review. This item was so helpful to me that it warrants the time to do so. I have had back pain for over 40 years, especially when standing or sitting for long periods of time. We recently took a long trip, including long flights and bus rides. Normally, my back would not tolerate this at all. I wore this back belt nearly the whole time, and it literally made my trip tolerable. It has three heat settings. Setting one was warm enough that I never even tried two or three. There are also three massage settings and I alternated between all three. As others have said, all three massage settings are quite noisy. I like the fact that the power pack can be removed and quickly charged with a USB-C cable. After less than two months of use my belt stopped working even though the power back was fully charged! I called customer service. They answered after a very brief hold. The remedy was to simply press the button on the side of the power pack. It is now working great again. I have been recommending this belt to all my friends and family. Read more

There's a lot to love about this product. It fits comfortably, the vibration and heat feels good. I LOVE that I don't have to stay plugged in It is affordable. Now the cons: 1. The battery life is short lived (after 8 hrs of charging about 2 hours of usage) 2. The battery gets hot. Not uncomfortably hot or makes me concerned, but it does get warm quickly. 3. The charge cord is very short. 4. You can't use it while it's charging. Read more
