The cordless feature is why I ended up buying this, convenience. The battery life doesn’t last very long if you’re continuously using it for more than 30+ minutes, but it is easy to charge. For me it’s only worth it if it’s on setting eight or nine for heat otherwise you can’t feel much. It stays wrapped around your waist fine, but I prefer to be sitting having something push it further into my back for more heat or laying on the ground. Basically you put it on just like a belt, then you push the middle button down to turn on. Then you can push the heat setting on one side and the massager on the next. I’ve had it for a while and I’m pretty impressed with this. Heat level gets pretty high and I need that for my pain but like I said it has many settings so you can have it low or no heat on at all.
