I have been looking online to buy a red light therapy wearable for my 88 year old mother who is at a nursing home. She has head and neck pain. When i visit her a few times per week, i lay this around her neck and shoulders and use the middle (green) setting as the red one makes her too hot too soon. I am realistic and not expecting a quick fix, but over time, she has been showing signs of improvements, complaining less about the pain. I will continue applying this on her for further relief. Really great therapy pad. Love that you can use it without a plug but wish the battery life were a little longer. I seem to get a little more than two uses on the highest settings. Can leave marks on the skin that go away pretty quickly but the app warns you of the at the higher power levels and it does get pretty warm but I like it. The size is perfect but feel that it would be better with more lights. That said it is a good product for the money and easy to use. Read more

1. I bought this particular product because it comes closest to bring in the prescription strength range for therapeutic results but this particular model DOES NOT have the ability to display your mode selection like the hand mitt does and the app is a complete failure to ever send a code to enable Bluetooth function for calibrating your choices of mode. As a PT, In know that Mode 1 on these devices is the desired mode for healing AND pain relief and I can only hope that 1 click means level 1. You ARE able to control power tower lines and on / off without the app. 2. The photo of the device on Amazon shows a cape thoroughly covered in red lights.THAT IS TOTALLY INACCURATE!!! It has 4 STRIPS....27 ON LEFT SHOULDER BLADE, 27 ON RIGHT SHOULDER BLADE, 14 NECK, 14 MID THORACIC. ***While I PREFER greater coverage, this does work on Day 1 and time will tell. Read more
