I am not sure if this will help with my stenosis long term but it works very well for daily aches. I use it sometimes after a workout and it helps. I have also used it on my knee after a workout and it seems to help. The vibrator is nice but can be turned off. The little control panel on the belt is very easy to access while wearing it. I returned 3 other back belts either shut down red light therapy or didn't hold a charge after a few days. All I can say is I bought an American made belt and it works great!!!!! I have read the hype for red light therapy and was skeptical about it but after using this, I am a true believer that red light therapy works. I use this for 15 minutes and it makes my back pain much more manageable. This red light therapy belt is easy to wear, especially in winter around the house under a sweatshirt. The belt comes with a few vibration type and intensity options, as well as a choice of two red light frequencies to either apply on their own or mixed. The control / battery pack is easy to recharge with USB-C. Not being tethered to a power cord makes it really convenient to walk around or have this on while working. The control screen is bright with large numbers, so you can see all the settings levels as you make them. The belt itself seems to be good quality, it is a wide belt with plenty of hook-and-loop area. I use the lowest vibration mode, which is plenty for me, and 5 out of 10 light intensity mode. There is some heat from the belt with that level, but I see that as a plus. The only trouble I had was with the app, which can be used to change light and vibration settings, as well as adjust the default timer of 20 minutes. The app did not detect the belt in its automatic mode, and manual mode did not list the model for this particular belt (K4052). The app probably needs an update to capture the company's latest app-compatible products. The only functionality you can do on the app that you can't do with the belt's built-in controls is adjusting the timer duration, which for me is a very minor feature to miss out on while waiting for the app update.
