Use these for hanging coats on an apartment closet door. they have worked great so far with all the coats for almost a year now. The weight is enough for a winter coat on each hook but I don't think it could handle more than one. Have also hung an umbrella on it. The size of the hook is good but will be a little too thick for smaller loops. Same installation as any other command strip so pretty easy. It has not fallen or weakened yet.
