This product isn’t exactly as advertised. The top didn’t secure correctly and always fell apart when moving from one room to another and because the tank didn’t secure properly, it would emanate a really bad odor when doing our carpets. The attachments also never secured properly either and you will spend a large part of your time reattaching these attachments. It also does not do a deep clean as advertised and we expected better suction. You also will not be allowed to return this product unless you’re willing to pay over 500.00 in return shipping costs. I went back and forth with the seller and they insulted me with an offer of a 30.00 credit. We ended up just putting new flooring in and after 2 days of air drying our floors were still wet under the carpet. I’m so glad we removed it or we would have had a bigger problem. Read more
