Total waste of money. Total junk. The first one broke within a few weeks, so Amazon replaced it with a Warranty vacuum. The second one broke within a few weeks, and Amazon is telling me that they can't help because the second (replacement) vacuum does not have an Amazon order number. They told me I have to reach out directly to the MFG. I reached out to Commercial, they asked for my email to send Warranty info and I have yet to receive this email. Super annoying! Read more

After buying home vacuums for years that are mediocre at best and last only about a year before the handles break, this vacuum was an improvement. It seems to have better suction than the home options and it has a heavy duty, longer cord that works better for my use. So far so good in it's suction and cleaning power. It does not have the extra swivels and maneuverability of some vacuums but it seems to be more sturdy than those other vacuums. Read more

The pros: the suction on this machine is great; the onboard tools work well. The vacuum is well balanced so even though it's a little bit heavy to be called lightweight, it moves nicely on its wheels. The canister is big enough that you don't have to empty it too often. The cons: the cord could be longer, and the bottom cleat holding the cord broke right away. I've Macgyvered it with a miniature bungee, but the result is that I'm the only one with the patience to put the cord away properly. In a small business, it's a problem if the owner is the only one willing to use the vacuum. I read both the positive and negative reviews before buying, and it seems like they BOTH panned out. The "vacuum" part of the vacuum is great. They cut corners elsewhere, and it shows. Read more

The best vacuum we have ever owned. We bought it in 2014. No frills. Simple. Easy maintenance. Picks up a lot of dirt. It is the only certified bagless vacuum. I think many of the negative reviews are operator error. This vacuum is a bagless vacuum with a washable primary filter AND a disposable HEPA filter, located under the dirt chamber. The HEPA filter must be changed periodically or the vacuum will stop working. The HEPA filter has a hard plastic shell and pulls out like a drawer. It fits tightly and can easily be overlooked. Our HEPA filters last around one year. When we first bought this vacuum, we had to empty it a lot and change the HEPA filter frequently because it was picking up a TON of dirt our old vacuum left behind. I mean, we could only vacuum one room and the dirt chamber was full. This is a sign of a GREAT vacuum. Now we don't have to empty it as much because it has picked up most of the dirt. If the belt wears out or breaks it can easily be changed without the use of any tools. There is a belt window for easy inspection. It's a great vacuum. Read more
