I'm going to start off by saying that I understand the complaints in regards to elderly. This may be difficult for very frail individuals with no hand strength. That being said, I have repetitive strain injury to my wrists and it is zero problem. There's a clicking mechanism that may be hard for some individuals, but unless you're really old and unable to move things with your hands, it is minimal. To compare the amount of pressure needed, it's about as much pressure as one would need to take off the lid of a glass jar that has been hand tightened. Not factory tightened, just normal hand tightened, like a little pressure and turn. It's not that hard. So other than that, the actual product has a small learning curve. Read the instructions and they are very well written, and you'll do fine. After that, if you're not old/elderly and won't suffer from putting some pressure on the mechanism, this is 100% a great product as a general home pill case. It is VERY accurate and easy to use/fill. It's fairly easy to fill, the shape of the cavity and open does mean bigger pills will have bit of hard time. Overall though it's capacity is much easier to work with (especially for longer travel) and does end up saving a lot of headache. One wish was that the openings had some kind of bevels or something, so that big pills doesn't get stuck on the rotating mechanisms (shaking it hard as you spin the bottom part does help a lot but I really shouldn't have to). The other minor complain is that the day starts on Sunday. So that could be a bit annoying if you are wanting to fill up on other days. Read more

I wanted something that would hold 28 days of pills, this not work well if you have more than one large pill. I purchased two of them, one for my morning pills and one for my evening pills. But it takes up a lot less room than the other device I was using. Read more

This was the worst purchase I ever made!!!! This crushed almost all my pills and there were only 4 pills in one unit. This would not even turn pills were getting crush. I could not even open it…. Please be careful when you use!!!! Read more

I was looking for something that would hold more than a week, this one is 28 days, but was easy to use and could carry/travel. I just wish each area that you fill was bigger so I could put in vitamins. I would definitely recommend this! Read more
