And, I wanted this brand because I have an oval hot air brush in this brand that I like that has held up well, with bristles that really grab my hair. This brush has the same kind of bristles. It is my habit to let my hair partially dry before I use my hot air brushes. And, mostly I use them on low because my hair has color and I want to minimize heat damage. It drys my hair well on low. I did try this brush on hot and it is hot, but not so hot that it would be hard to use it on hot. Cord is long enough for my situation. I wish it had a cool button. And, I found that if you accidentally touched the black part of the detachable brush, it is pretty hot. It is a little tricky to remove and put on the the two brush heads. Read more

I thought the sizes they provided in the package would work. They are too big in diameter. I wish they would make one with 1/2 and 1 inch diameter brushes for those of us that have really short hair and still love their curls. I’ll buy one if you can come up 1/2-1 inch brushes.
