I first purchased a Bed Head Deep Waver a few years back. I am a petite woman with fine/thin high density wavy/curly hair. I tried everything to get the Bed Head to provide wearable results and nothing worked. The waves ended up invisible from frizz to the point I had to wash my hair and start over every use - even with products in hair. I determined Bed Head was too big of an iron and the plate material was not applicable to my hair type/texture. If you are petite with similar hair texture, you will be very impressed by the Conair Waver. It's truly a 180 difference. Heats up quickly, even faster with turbo button. Don’t like how heavy the barrels are, I have weak grip strength, and I felt like I was going to drop it. The button position, my hands click it off while using. Also wish it was covered so I wouldn’t burn myself. I’m obviously not a pro… but hair was cute when it was done. Read more
