I've been using this water bottle for months and this is my daily. It holds 40 oz of water and keeps it cold. The quality of this water bottle is pretty sturdy and the pink-coral color I got is a plus. It is a very large water bottle that fits very well in my dishwasher but the straw is longer and doesn't quite fit in my dishwasher so I just hand wash with warm soap and water daily. I use a tiny bottle cleaner with bristles to get inside of the straw. The bottle is leak proof if you use without the straw, but I wanted something with a straw to reduce the chance of needing to tilt a very large water bottle towards my face. I think my only complaint would be that there is no insert/lid for the straw. The straw could also be made a little wider as it feels like I'm sucking for days. Read more

The cup itself is great. I love the color and the fact that it keeps my drink cold as long as it does. The only issue I've had with it is since I've washed it, including the rubber ring on the lid, that rubber ring somehow is not doing its job like it should anymore. Anymore. Once I put it back on the lid and close the cup, there is always a little bit of difference in the tightness of the cup so I have to turn it a specific way to be able to drink from it. I don't like using a straw so I do drink from the hole, and as I'm tilting it sometimes it leaks from the seal. Read more

The good: Yes it really is leak proof if you use the included straw. I like to keep water on my bedside at night because I get thirsty and I've drenched myself a few times in the past and it's nice to have a tumbler that is leak proof that I can sip from and I don't have to worry about taking a bath in bed. With that said, you have to use the straw that came with it. I had some metal straws but they were too small in circumference to seal properly in the cap so I couldn't use them. The stainless steel interior is high quality and the insulation seems adequate. The bad: I wanted to be able to throw hot coffee in this if I had to hit the road but can I? You tell me. Read the description carefully. It specifically says it's ready for hot or cold beverages but when I receive the tumbler in the mail attached to the tumbler was a cardboard piece stating that it's for use of cold beverages only. So who knows right. I've got a call in to the manufacturer but they have not returned my message. It really is false advertising. You can't say something is suitable for hot beverages.
